What a neat way to tell a story! Still, I found myself wondering if I was overanalyzing and/or underanalyzing each item. Did it matter that Lenore met an ex-boyfriend for lunch? There were no other itemes pertaining to that day, no pictures of the ex, no gifts, etc. Was it just lunch? Did she even meet him? Normally I don't like things to be left to the imagination, but the amount of work that went into this book as well as the uniqueness of the idea made it work for me.
